I’ve wrestled with the messy parts myself.
I've spent years in the messy middle of business systems — Salesforce, platforms, handoffs that break, and automations that looked good in a demo and fell apart by Friday.
I'm Joe "Rummy" Rumberger. After leading Salesforce and platform work for growing teams, I started Rummy Tech Forge so small and mid-size businesses could get the same practical help without the enterprise fog, the bloated SOW, or a six-month theater production.
I work from Orlando, FL and remotely. Creds on the wall: Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Administrator. What that means in practice: I can get into the org, fix what's broken, and leave you with something your team will actually use.
